Even though I am a health professional and successful in many other areas of my life; I couldn't control my 30 year habit of compulsive overeating and emotional eating. I have lost and regained the same 10-20 pounds countless times. I had given up all hope of ever being able eat normally until I came to you.  Regardless of what path we are on we all want to feel empowered in our lives. As students of A Course In Miracles we understand that it is only the ego and its identification with the body along with its mechanisms of guilt , fear and attack that keep the mind identified with a false self concept that is centered on the body. Through the practice of forgiveness and true prayer (the mind is always praying because thought is prayer) we can learn to release and transcend the blocks to the awareness of Love's presence. The blocks to the awareness of Love's presence are stored as identity level and world view belief structures in the unconscious mind.
Although we may consider the world to be an illusion, it is an unworthy form of denial to think you are not affected by the Law of Attraction while you are here. Within the seeming reality of time and space the belief structures present in your brain and DNA resonate at various frequencies. These vibrations are constantly being transmitted from your body out into the Universe. The subconscious mind of every person on the planet and all physical matter are subtly influenced by the frequencies you are broadcasting. This causes you to attract a life situation that exactly reflects what you have been broadcasting. With hypnotherapy you can discover the blocks that have been installed in your unconscious mind as a result of past trauma and negative reinforcement. As you undo these blocks you becoming more miracle minded and can attract more happiness, peace and joy into your life.
When you invoke true forgiveness you make a decision to undertake the practice of seeing the innocence in everyone and see yourself as sharing in this innocence. This does not mean you must forgive the act, it does mean, however, that you are willing to move toward the forgiveness of another as a child of God. It assumes the innocence of our truth as Spirit and overlooks the errors of one who acts throught the delusional thought system of the ego. This can be a great challenge in this world yet as you release others through forgiveness, you are released with them. The ego argues and evaluates errors in its refusal to overlook them. Forgiveness for salvation ignores the egos attempts and offers gifts of devotion and promises freedom as it extends thoughts of life. God is truth and asks for trust and willingness so you can learn to be free. The Christ mind is given you who ask and seek to understand the Will of God. The readiness of Spirit to give is greater than you can imagine. The Universal Mind wills you learn the way to eternity, and in this willing there is certainty.
All genuine answers have their source in the Universal Mind. Your ability to receive genuine answers will be interfered with if a limit is placed on an answer because the ego wants to hear it a certain way. A genuine answer from God can only be received when you quiet the mind and are open to any answer. In other words, you can be open to any answer when you pray with silent intent and lay the agenda of the ego aside. Manifestation on the level of form is either the reflection of the thoughts of the ego or the answer given to you by the Holy Spirit. |

Hi Elijah,
I just wanted to give you a quick update. Since our session 2 1/2 weeks ago I have not smoked even once. The first few days after were not overly difficult and the cravings since are extremely mild. Thank you so much for your help with this, I am incredibly happy with my results.

Elijah,
Things have gone so well so far! Surgery was last Thursday and the doctor said everything went so well, and that even he was amazed how good it all looked when he was done. My swelling is already down. So, overall all of the nurses and doctors were very impressed.
I have to tell you, I give the CD's a LOT of credit for helping me so much, especially the post-surgery CD. My mom and I would just listen to it during the day when we had quiet time and it was very helpful for both of us. I kept remarking to her that "everything we addressed on the CD came true"!!! I still listen to it every night whether I am anxious or not. I have been handling everything much better than I even thought I would, and I am pretty tough.
I have to tell you some specific things that my surgeon commented on. He said the bleeding wasn't an issue at all, that everything went better than expected. He said everyone in the OR was amazed at how good the teeth fit together after cutting the jaws in the right spots. For someone who does this for a living to say that means a lot to me. I also woke up with no breathing problems and I had a lot of feeling in my face, which I guess is not common. I have numb spots but I could feel my tongue, roof of mouth, and most of my cheeks immediately. He was very impressed by that. As of today I can already move my upper lip again. I'm telling you though; they all think I am the poster child for healing after surgery!
I can tell each time I go to their office for my checkups they are excited because they know I will have something good to report to them! There are several reasons for that, but the two I tell them most are good prep (including hypnotherapy!) and lots of prayer!!! It has been helpful to deal with staff that value those kinds of things. I just want you to know that I give you credit for part of this! The mental prep has been just as important to me as the physical. So THANK YOU!!! I will for sure check in with you when we get back.

Thank you, for helping to prepare my mind to experience a minimum amount of stress during a recent eye surgery. Your research into the terms and procedures of the surgery helped me to have a clearer understanding of what was occurring. And the recording on the MP-3 that you especially prepared for me brings a smile to my face every time I listen to it, beginning with the breathing exercises and extending through to the expertly drafted affirmative statements of the results I desired both during and after the surgery.
And as to the results, the surgery center staff was especially kind and considerate, almost to the nth degree, Elijah. The surgery was a success, so much so that the doctor called it "a miracle." Stress during the surgery was at a minimum and healing has been rapid and certain.And I would be remiss if I did not thank you as well for the peace I continue to experience from the original background music that you created and so thoughtfully added to the MP-3.
You are quite erudite and adept in your chosen field to be truly helpful in the world, Elijah. Your attention to detail is not only admirable, but necessary when training the mind. The Love of God is certainly reflected in your work, and this was a very comfortable and comforting experience. Thank you so much for being available to share your gifts with me in this life-enhancing endeavor.

Dear Elijah,
I can now say "I like myself" and really mean it. That is actually an excerpt from the Advanced Suggestion Therapy Session that you created for me. I am writing to tell you that, after applying this and other positive phrases from our hypnotherapy sessions in my everyday life, I am "liking myself" for real and have such a greater sense of confidence and happiness.
All things are changing in my life thanks to your help. I am so grateful that my friend put me in touch with you, because I was seriously declining. Hey Elijah!
The difference is night and day! The inner critic is gone! At times I thought I was going to beat myself up, I stayed calm and it flowed right through! A good example is when I played video games last night and was unable to get past a checkpoint. Usually I would be raging! I stayed calm and didn't even think about the game after I was done playing. Usually I would be fuming for a while. People around me have definitely noticed a difference. They say I give off an air of peace and security. I feel at ease and going with the flow. Living in the now instead of thinking of the past or worrying about the future. Women are hitting on me. It's awesome!
